Hotel Chocolat – Morning to Midnight

Whilst doing some research oogling at pictures of chocolate, I stumbled across this book from Hotel Chocolat. Called “Morning to Midnight” it’s a recipe book chock-full of chocolate recipes. From the title it’s safe to assume there’s something for every meal time included in the book.

The book is a collection of recipes from some of the world’s most respected chefs as well as from some food writers who have shared their favourites. At £25 this book is on the steep side but as a gift to a chocoholic it is probably worth it. The book appears to be exclusively available to purchase directly from Hotel Chocolat.
